Now that summer is almost here and most of you have your grills out, I invite you to try this sage salt the next time your grilling a steak.
Get yourself about 8-10 good-sized sage leaves (more is fine too), some coarse sea salt (I like Trapani salt), and your knife. Put the two together and start mincing it all up.
Once your steak is done on one side, flip it over and season with the sage salt; then cook the other side till done…
If you have some leftover (which I recommend) pour it on a small plate with some good olive oil and dip some tasty bread in it! You WILL love it!

Remember- allow the meat to rest for 5-10 minutes afterwards so you don’t have to cook it entirely on the grill (or stove), and I prefer to salt after one side is done.
